Providing Everything You Need

Aromatherapy Oil

1. Assessment & Targeted Warm-Up

Begin with a short consultation to identify specific areas of chronic tension or pain. Start the massage with light to moderate pressure to warm up the muscles and prepare deeper layers for focused work.

2. Focused Deep Pressure Work

Use slow, firm strokes and techniques like friction, stripping, and cross-fiber massage to reach deeper muscle layers and fascia. Pay special attention to knots and tension points, often in the back, shoulders, neck, and hips.

3. Release & Recovery Support

Gradually reduce pressure and finish with lighter strokes to relax the muscles. Advise the client to drink plenty of water and stretch, as soreness may occur after the session due to the intensity of the work.
