1. Relaxation & Gentle Warm-Up
Begin with light, flowing effleurage strokes to promote relaxation and increase circulation. This helps prepare the muscles for deeper work while calming the nervous system.

2. Therapeutic Massage Techniques
Use a combination of Swedish techniques such as petrissage (kneading), friction, and circular movements to relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall relaxation. Work through the full body—back, legs, arms, neck, and shoulders.

3. Soothing Finish & Aftercare
End with gentle, rhythmic strokes to ease the client into a deep state of relaxation. Encourage rest, hydration, and light activity for the remainder of the day to maximize the benefits of the massage.
